In the post game there's actually a way to get arousal up without going to the dungeons I found out. If you're playing as Cecily there's a guy with some barrels of "river" water just below you're base that will give you 30 arousal for 300g. You end up with a lot of extra money in post game between Amelia's quests and just arousal farming in dungeons so you will have plenty to spend on it.

Sadly yes. Almost every scene is progressed by building "Lust" for Cecily and have her whore her pussy to a man of your choosing.
For Amelia, she just fucks.
The CG room is highly formulaic and every male gets the same amount of scenes + ending.

Its a bit open ended just like the ending where Protag gets with police chief.
In that ending, we learn he had an attraction to her because she resembled her mother.
In the ending with Damiani (Black Guy) he talks about Protag's mom bearing his children and presumably being alive. But in all other endings, she is dead.

Eh, not really. The Damian ending he specifically sold her off as a slave before the start of the game after she bore his children and they're going to buy her back. In that case she's probably alive in all routes, but only the Damian route does Cecily know that.
it seems i can't find it. cecily is still virgin, but when i search douglas prison after talk to henry when he is injured, the jar only say virgin flag.
What's the extent of the mind control in this game? Is it just part of a side quest or is it a central theme?

Central to the plot but very rarely actually used in sex scenes. In fact it's pretty much just a couple of endings where you see it actually be used.
