You're missing the point. The technology can't become good in the way you think, because it just cannot communicate like a real artist would communicate through their work - even, if it's just porn pics. And even a passionate artist cannot use AI to communicate their vision to their fans, because the AI replaces their work, their strokes, their composition with something generic. AI will get better in the sense that it will master flawless generic output. But that's still garbage.
Same. A couple of games with AI visuals are in my top played last few months. A lot of the bad reviews also seem to imply the writing is also imply, whcih is anotther source of confusion.
IMpressionistically and based on the first review saying " Just a bunch of scenes that are all A/B choices where A takes you to another scene and B is a bad end " it's not an unfamiliar type to game which, if done correctly, can be fun for a play through on a lazy night.
I'll download this some time soon and see.

The AI art... is actually pretty good.
But the game is terrible, typical Chinese scam level of terrible. All the good choices immediately lead to a bad ending and all the simp choices progress the game. You're given a magic button to control anyone and anytime you use it, you get the bad ending. Choices are trivial as you are railroaded into only one ending, otherwise game over.
