Based on the OP description, I think you just played the ending only.

It seems the developer created the "epilogue" as a separate game (0.9 beta) 992 MB.
The main game is also called "0.9 beta" and is available for download in the OP as a 2.39 GB file.

I didn't play past an early version of the game, but that's how it looks to me.

Also, I seem to be stuck at the end of chapter 1 in the main game and can't pick the old nun after I've gone through all the other girls?
